Access and Accounts
PIN-Protected Access
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a valid PIN. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access PIN
- All activities that occur under your access credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Authorized Use
You represent and warrant that you are a legal professional or authorized representative of a law firm or legal organization, and that your use of the Platform is for legitimate legal purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Platform to process documents you do not have the right to access
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by Lawnowa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
Your Content
You retain all rights to documents you upload to the Platform. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze them solely to provide our services to you.
Document Ownership
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents. All documents remain your property and are processed solely for your use. We never share your documents with third parties or use them to train AI models.

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAWNOWA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawnowa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
